You can call us anytime at 514-684-6160. We respect the confidentiality of your call, but to ensure the continuity of our intervention we disclose the content of your call with the members of our team only. You may remain anonymous if you wish.
Our telephone intervention service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
to individuals in psychological or psychosocial distress, as well as to their family and friends.A member of our team of crisis intervention workers will respond to your call, making sure to fully assess your situation in order to offer you appropriate assistance. Following this evaluation, the worker may recommend a meeting with our mobile service or direct you a resource that can respond to your needs.
Professionals from the public, community and private sectors may also contact us for referrals or information.
