Intervention in the community
Our face-to-face mobile intervention service is available from 9 am to 9:30 pm, 7 days a week and will go into the community to assess a crisis situation and offer immediate support.
Following the initial evaluation, the mobile worker may:
- offer short-term follow-up,
- refer the person to an appropriate resource,
- admit the person into our housing service, or
- recommend hospitalization if necessary.
