Post-crisis follow-up
It is not necessary for the individual to have been admitted into our housing service in order to to obtain follow-up services from a Crisis Center worker.
During the initial meeting with our face-to-face mobile intervention service, the worker may schedule a few follow-up meetings if the individual feels they would benefit from this. The objectives of this follow-up are discussed and the means to achieve these objectives are put into place.
If an individual has been admitted into the Crisis Center's housing service, they may benefit from a short follow-up in order to assist them in pursuing the objectives they initiated during their stay.
